Plans for Museum at Former Tram Base

The disused former tram depot on London Road in the City of Leicester is hoping to be leased by the Leicester Transport Heritage Trust.
Their aim is to attract funding to restore the former depot and use it as a Transport heritage Center.
The intention is to display it's, the Trusts, collection of vintage buses as well as old vehicles privately owned.
Possibly also an old tram which is currently under restoration by one of the Trusts members.
