Proposed Steam Museum for Leicester

Leicester Mercury of the 8th December 2012, Front Page, and page 2, announces the joining of Great Central Railway, National Railway Museum of York and Leicester City Council forming a joint proposal to establish a Steam railway Museum at Leicester North railway Station.
